PM Modi to announce 10th instalment of PM-KISAN yojana today as a happy new year gift

India Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hold a video conference today at 12:30 p.m. to announce the tenth instalment of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) Yojana. Eligible farmers can check their names on the PM Kisan beneficiary list to see if they are eligible for the payment.

The government stated in an official message that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will release the payment as well as the equity award to farmer producer organizations (FPOs). Farmers can watch the show live on pmindiawbcast.nic.in or Doordarshan.

The Central Government gives an annual cash transfer of ₹ 6000 to qualifying farmers in three equal instalments of ₹ 2000 each under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme for the unemployed.

The government typically transfers the first instalment between April and July, the second instalment between August and November, and the third instalment between December and March.

Under the PM KISAN initiative, ₹ 2,000 will be given directly to the bank accounts of qualified farmers, according to Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Minister Shri Narendra Singh Tomar.

Here’s how you can look for your name on the PM Kisan website in five steps:

1: Go to the pmkisan.gov.in website.
2: Navigate to the Farmers Corner, which may be found on the right side of the webpage.
3: Go to the Farmers Corner menu.
4: Select Beneficiary Status from the drop-down menu.
5: Enter requirement details to see if your name is on the PM Kisan beneficiary list.

Once the aforementioned procedure is completed, you will learn whether or not your name is on the PM Kisan beneficiary list.
