Spice Board, CII Kerala, and FACE to host Kerala Spice Conference & Exposition.
The 2nd Kerala Spice Conference & Exposition, organized by the Spices Board, CII Kerala, and CII Food and Agriculture Centre of Excellence (FACE), will be held on September 27 & 28 at Hotel Le Meridien Kochi with the topic ‘Value Creation in Spices – Global Market.’

The spice conference will focus on marketing Kerala as a spice hub, developing global standards, identifying new trends; and promoting Kerala spices to the worldwide market. The conference’s goal is to present Kerala as a spice and safe food destination in order to develop more worldwide markets. The spice and value-added spice industries will be represented at the conference.
The conference will be inaugurated on September 27 by P Rajeeve, Minister of Industries, Commerce, and Plantation Directorate. It is expected to provide tangible and intangible benefits to the spice sector as well as Kerala through exposure to the most recent innovations.

The main players will have a forum to address the difficulties and prospects for attaining strong growth in the spice sector, as well as to share worldwide best practices.
