Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has urged Godrej Agrovet Company Limited to invest in Telangana’s vast real estate, consumer goods, and furniture markets.
The Chief Minister made the request when a company delegation visited him on Tuesday. Godrej Agrovet’s business activities included cooking oils, dairy, agriculture, veterinary services, agricultural chemicals, and animal feed. The company intends to establish an integrated oil palm processing unit in Khammam district in collaboration with Malaysia’s Sime Darby Company.
Mr. Revanth Reddy assured the delegation, led by the company’s managing director, Balram Singh Yadav, of his full support for the expansion of the oil palm and dairy businesses that it had already established in the state. He wanted the company to encourage skill development as part of its corporate social responsibility efforts.
