After their survey, researchers discovered that the intake of foods such as green leafy vegetables, pumpkins, yellow peppers, beans, carrots, whole grains, etc. high in antioxidants and fibre can help to fight systemic inflammation.
The researchers also suggested some inflammatory foods that should be avoided or consumed in lesser quantities.
