According to sources, the Jammu and Kashmir government inked a contract with New Zealand on Thursday to improve the Union territory’s sheep farming sector.
The contract was made virtually in the presence of Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha and Navin Choudhary, senior secretary of agricultural production and farmers welfare department animal.

‘New Zealand is an important ally in India’s expanding global relationship, and we attach special values to our ties not only because of deep bonding and cultural affinities, but also because of a mature understanding of our strategic convergences, geopolitical interests, and economic strength,’ they stated.
According to officials, this year commemorates the 70th anniversary of the two nations’ establishment of bilateral relations.
