MS Dhoni, India’s World Cup-winning captain, has given the people of Ranchi the gift of Holi. On the occasion of Holi, Dhoni’s farmhouse will be open to the general public for three days, with anyone able to visit the farmhouse in Sembo on March 17, 18, and 19 and purchase veggies and strawberries. 250 grams of strawberry packets will cost Rs 50, according to sources.

MS Dhoni is enjoying his post-international retirement time in farming after serving India for a long time. He has been highly involved in farming at his 43-acre farmhouse in Chambo in Ranchi, Jharkhand, since his retirement. Officially known as Eeja Farms, the farm also has dairy cattle and poultry.

In this farmhouse, MS Dhoni grows strawberry, papaya, and guava, as well as watermelon, peas, capsicum, fish, and wheat on a vast scale. Mahi has a strong interest in farming, according to Dhoni’s Agriculture Consultant Roshan Kumar told a news agency that the former India captain visits the farmhouse on a regular basis and works in the fields. He grows veggies on a vast scale in addition to fruits plantations.

Dhoni may have retired from international cricket, but he still plays with Chennai Super Kings in the Indian Premier League (IPL) (CSK). He led the team to its fourth IPL triumph in 2021. CSK has retained him for the IPL 2022 season, and he has stated a wish to play his final game at CSK’s home field, Chennai’s MA Chidambaram (Chepauk) Stadium.

MS Dhoni will wear No. 7 for Chennai Super Kings in the IPL 2022, as the four-time winners try to defend their crown. CSK will open their season on March 26 at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai against last year’s runners-up Kolkata Knight Riders.
